Grafton Hire have everything you need for your special day. From tables & chairs to dance floors & patio heaters.
There is no limit but during busy periods such as the school holidays and Christmas, we do recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. But even during busy periods, we can accommodate bookings with 6 weeks' notice.
We start deliveries at 8 am and our last pick-up is at 8 pm.
If your event is due to run later than 8 pm you will be subject to an overnight charge.
We can arrange delivery or collection of furniture, tableware and party equipment between these times.
Yes, for short events we can arrange collection and delivery on the same day.
However, the event must be finished and equipment ready for collection by 8pm to qualify for same-day collection.
We have a minimum 6-hour charge for furniture, tableware, and associated party equipment, but you can hire equipment for as long as you need it.

Yes, we hire equipment overnight. The cost varies depending on the type of equipment you hire.
For overnight events, we typically arrange collections after 12 pm the following day.
This gives you plenty of time to clean up and get everything ready.
Yes, we ask that all glassware, tableware, and cutlery are washed before returning it to us.
If you are unable to wash items before returning please let us know and we can arrange this for you at an extra cost.
Yes, no problem, we can program the jukebox to play all your favorites.
Just let us know what songs you would like on the playlist and we’ll arrange it for you.
There is no extra charge for this service.
Our service is flexible, so we can set up the furniture, tableware, and dancefloor for you.
Alternatively, we can deliver the items for you to set up.

There is no charge for bookings cancelled 30 days before the event.
Events cancelled between 7 and 30 days before the event are charged 50% of the booking fee.
Events cancelled within 7 days are charged the full booking fee.
Equipment that is powered by gas such as heaters and barbecues is supplied with a propane gas bottle.
You will be supplied with enough gas to last for the duration of your event.
You are responsible for paying for the electricity.
