An outdoor Christmas party needs more than a guest list and a playlist. Start with the site, the number of people and the way you want to serve food, then build a hire list around those decisions. Cover that suits the site
Tell the team whether the party is on grass, paving or concrete, and send the available dimensions. Toilets, music and lighting
Check the existing toilets at the site and ask whether portable toilets are needed for your guest count and event duration. Plan lighting between the marquee, facilities and parking as well as inside the party area.
